I will not entertain requests for photos ofOsama/Saddam/Britney, Ford emblems, kangaroo silhouettes, or anythingelse of questionable taste or usefulness.   • 6-up rifle bullseye: Short-range targets forair rifle or 22 caliber.
  • 50 meter bullseye: For smallbore aperture sights.
  • 100 meter bullseye: Like the above, but with a largerblack area for easier spotting.
  • 100 meter crosshair: For use with scopes.
  • M16/AR15 A2 25m zero: The same target usedby the military to zero the M16 rifle (with A2 sights). Includes instructions. See Army FM 23-9 for more info.
  • M4 Carbine 25m zero: The same target usedby the military to zero the M4.Includes instructions. See Army FM 23-9 for more info.
  • 50 meter Triangle: For open sights such asthe 7.62mm SKS.
  • Graded silhouette: Magnified silhouette from the zerotarget above, with rings calibrated to nothing in particular. For simulatinglong range with handguns or combat rifles.
  • Range silhouettes: Scaled silhouettes at50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 meters. When placed at 25 meters, simulates anArmy qualification range. Use indoors or if your range is too small. Rememberyou should aim low at 150-200m targets with an M16. See Army FM 23-9 formore info.

    • Non-silhouette zeroing targets for hyper-politically-correct gun clubs

    I don't understand this phenomenon, but I was recently browsing some forumsand discovered that some ranges prohibit the use of silhouette targets. Iron sightsare designed for shooting at people. Rifles like the M4 and AR15 were designedfrom the ground up for shooting at people. Defending one's property, life, orcountry unfortunately, at times, requires shooting at people. Militaryservicemembers who wish to stay current in their training need to shoot atpeople-shaped targets, in my opinion. Any range or club that offers carry permittraining, or supports the issue of permits, and doesn't allow the use of silhouettes is quite hypocritical indeed.

    That said, if you still can't use a military-standard zeroing target at your range, you may be able to get away with the targets below, which are identicalexcept they feature a rectangle instead of a military-standard silhouette. Justdon't let the word get out that I made that rectangle by brutally beheading theshape that was there to begin with.

    And hey, if we are ever attacked by robots, I'll be glad to eat my wordswhen the day is saved by gun owners who have been training to shoot at boxes.
