Foot-operated brake pedals, Figure 9, are provided on the right side of the transmission housing. Depress the right pedal to brake the right rear wheel and the left pedal to brake the left rear wheel. To stop the tractor, depress both pedals simultaneously.To assist in making sharp turns, at slow-to-moderate speeds, apply the right or left brake pedal as required. CAUTION: When operating the tractor at high speeds, never attempt to make sharp turns by using the brakes.
