Hi folks, i bought the s-61 and komplete 10 ultimate crg yesterday. According to setup guide, needed to enter hardware serial first to download komplete select. It kept saying 'This serial number has been already registered by another user.' I tried to activate on service center too. I'm really newbie in this. Komplete 13 features over 65 premium instruments and effects, over 20 expansions, and features more than 35,000 sounds. Needless to say, there’s plenty to choose from. Guitar and amp modelling, acoustic piano models, vintage and modern style virtual synths, sampling, and an array of beats and rhythms. Note: the KOMPLETE SELECTION serial number included in the MASCHINE 2 booklet is obsolete and cannot be used to activate any KOMPLETE SELECT bundle. HOW TO SET UP MASCHINE
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, AND RUN NATIVE ACCESS
DOWNLOAD (Mac)DOWNLOAD (Win)- If you already have Native Access, just start the application.
- You’ll be asked to log in with your NI account. If you don't have one, you can create one within the app.
- Please pay particular attention to the 'Installation Preferences' – see below for details.
STEP 2: ENTER SERIAL NUMBER IN NATIVE ACCESS
STEP 3: INSTALL SOFTWARE
In order to create the necessary preset database, the MASCHINE 2 software should be launched once in standalone mode prior to being used as a plug-in.

IMPORTANT: On Windows computers, you need to point Native Access to your preferred VST plug-in folder. Once selected, all Native Instruments VST plug-ins will be installed into this folder.
